Trauma Recovery & Faith-Based Life Coaching
You do not have to stay stuck in survival mode. If you have experienced childhood trauma, mother wounds, church hurt, betrayal, emotional abuse, or toxic relationships, it can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself, uncertain about your identity, afraid to set boundaries, emotionally exhausted, or trapped in the same painful cycles. You may love God and still struggle with fear, self-doubt, people pleasing, or emotional instability. But healing is possible. You are not beyond restoration, and your past does not have to define your future. With intentional healing, truth, and faith, it is possible to rebuild your confidence, regain emotional clarity, strengthen your voice, and begin living from a place of stability instead of survival.
What I Do
As a Trauma Recovery and Faith-Based Life Coach, I help women rebuild emotionally, mentally, and spiritually after trauma. My coaching is designed to provide a safe, honest, and structured space where healing and growth can happen together. We work through the patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that continue to affect your daily life, relationships, confidence, and decision making. Together, we focus on rebuilding self-trust, strengthening emotional regulation, creating healthy boundaries, and restoring your identity outside of what trauma taught you to believe about yourself. This is not about pretending the pain never happened. It is about learning how to heal forward with clarity, wisdom, and stability. Healing takes time, and we do not rush the process. We focus on building a strong foundation first emotionally, mentally, and spiritually so you can move forward with confidence, peace, and purpose.

Coaching vs. Therapy
Therapy is clinical and focuses on diagnosing and treating mental health conditions. Coaching is forward-focused and centered on growth, rebuilding, accountability, emotional awareness, and healthy life strategies. While coaching can support emotional healing and personal growth, it is not a replacement for licensed mental health care. If deeper clinical support is needed at any time, referrals to licensed therapists are available because your wellbeing and safety always come first.
