I am Kenya Peoples Holley
I am a survivor of incest and molestation. A warrior who refused to let trauma define her future. A watchman and God-seer who understands what it means to carry silent pain while appearing strong on the outside. I know what it feels like to smile through scars, to function while fragmented, and to rise from wounds that once felt too deep to name.
But I also know what it means to heal.
My life did not begin in ease or privilege. As a young mother, I lived in public housing and relied on food assistance to survive. I navigated systems that sustained survival but did not create breakthrough. Yet even in that season, a holy discontent stirred within me. I knew I was called to more. I knew my story would not end in limitation.
With courage in my heart and my daughter beside me, I stepped into the insurance industry — a decision that shifted the trajectory of my life. Over the past 25+ years, I have built a thriving career as a licensed Life Insurance Agent and Independent Adjuster, creating stability, freedom, and generational shift. I later extended my service into elder care, where I learned the quiet power of presence and compassion.
But business was never the end goal.
Freedom was.
What began as personal survival became a divine assignment.
Freedom & Fire™ was born from that mandate — to see women restored, regulated, and reignited through faith-centered transformation. This movement represents breaking internal bondage and stepping boldly into God-given identity. Freedom is the breaking of cycles. Fire is refinement, activation, and holy boldness.
Today, I serve as a Certified Life and Trauma Recovery Coach (ICF), speaker, creative visionary, and founder of Freedom & Fire. Through private coaching, transformational intensives, and creative gatherings like Wicks, Wax & Worship, I guide women — especially those wounded by molestation, rejection, abandonment, and abuse — back to themselves and back to God.
I believe healing is biblical.
I believe emotional regulation is spiritual discipline.
I believe trauma does not disqualify calling.
And I believe generational cycles can end with one courageous decision.
My passion is helping women heal at the root, reclaim their identity, and walk boldly in their purpose. Not through hype. Not through surface affirmations. But through structured healing anchored in truth and activated by faith.
My story is proof that restoration is possible. That broken places can become sacred ground. That with God, you can rise beyond what tried to destroy you.
Freedom & Fire is more than a brand.
It is a movement.
And you are invited to walk in it.
I challenge women who know they’re called for more to rise above the trauma and struggles that try to keep them stuck. Life isn’t always easy, but peace is still possible. You can love yourself unapologetically, break free from the lies your past tried to sell you, and reclaim your power. It’s time to step fully into the life you were always meant to live.
